Refunds/Exchanges

At Incense Warehouse, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with, minus a 12% restocking fee. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable, and if your order qualified for Free Shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. All items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@incensewarehouse.com or by calling us at 516-513-1532.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.

Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Customer Returns" to ensure your account is credited properly.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.
